2015 Girl’s Camogie Tournament

(Written by Sarah Alyward and Laura Challoner) We played a camogie tournament on Saturday September 12th in Danesfort. We played four matches and we won them all. We played Kilmacow, Callan, the Village and Dicksboro in the final. We won the cup! We were delighted. When we returned to school, the team brought the cup from class to class. It was so much fun.

Girl’s Berkley Basketball Team Win the South East League Final, 2015

U-10’s County Handball Championships

(written by David Holden) The U-10’s County Handball championships took place in Windgap on the 20th of February 2015. There were 12 worthy competitors in the tournament. Badminton Blitz, January 11th 2015

(Written by Rory Connellan) It was on Sunday 11th of January in the Watershed that two Thomastown teams played in the under 12 county blitz. Twenty-three teams played. The girls were Sarah, Laurie, Isabelle and Anna who won the ‘A’ section. The boys were Luke Connellan, Luke Skehan, Rory and Evin who were runners up in the ‘A’ section. We had a great day!

Under 10’s Camogie Tournament, Sept 2014

Double Delight!
