We got to the Roinn A football final. We were playing against a very strong St. Canice’s team. Our captain was Dearbhla O’ Reilly (and a good one too!)
In the first half St Canice’s played well. At the end of the first half the score was Thomastown 1-0 to St. Canice’s 1-1.
In the second half we played brilliantly. St. Canice’s did too. Although it was an intense match we won by 4 points.
The final score was 4-5 to 4-1
