Handball News, March 2025 (Written by Alice)

On Monday, 3rd March 2025, our school handball team competed in an A competition at O’Loughlin’s.

First, Meahall Walsh played in the U11 Boys’ Singles and secured a fantastic victory. Next, Alisha Farrell competed in the U11 Girls’ Singles and also won her match. Then, Shay Hanrahan and Liam Tierney took part in the U11 Boys’ Doubles. They won their first match but, unfortunately, lost in the second match. Finally, Caoimhe Cullen and Alice Cullen played in the U11 Girls’ Doubles but were unlucky in their first match.

Congratulations to all our players for their great efforts, and a big thank you coaches, Noel Holden and Ray Ryan. Well done to everyone involved!
