Thomastown Boys Win the Country Cup!!! Dec 2011

On Christmas week, it had to take 70 minutes to separate Thomastown and Tullogher-Rosbercon. Right from the go, the teams were evenly matched. Red Bulls V Kerry Football Final, Dec 2nd 2011

This years champions are the Red Bulls!!! It wasn’t easy….. especially the final! Both teams were able to pick off their scores. In extra time the Red Bulls got a goal but Kerry responded by taking some points. In the end, the Red Bulls won by 3 points. Philip Somers lifted the cup. (Written by Daithí Barron)


Roinn A Boy’s Gaelic Football Final V Dicksboro

It was a thrilling encounter between Thomastown and St. Canice’s on Saturday last. St. Canice’s were hoping to get their 10-in-a-row victory and if it was not for our goalkeeper Mikey Murphy they could have won! Girl’s Football Final, Nov 16th, 2011

Congrats to U10’s Hurling Team

Congratulations to our U10 hurling team who had a great victory over Bennettsbridge in the final of the U10 blitz held in Thomastown on Sunday last, Sept 25th. Well done lads!


Congrats to U10’s Camogie team!

Congrats to the U10’s Girl’s Camogie team who won the 2011 tournament in Danesfort last Saturday, 24th September. They defeated Danesfort on the score of 3-2 to 1-1. Well done ladies!!!
