All-Ireland Glory for Thomastown Girls

Thomastown girls celebrated All-Ireland glory on Sunday 17th of November in Santry, Dublin. The club was crowned All-Ireland U-12 Girls Cross Country Champions 2013. They won by an astonishing 44 points.

If that wasn’t enough, four of the girls (Ciara, Áine, Orla and Ellen) made the county team who were second. But that still wasn’t enough for Ciara and Áine who made the Leinster team that also came second place.

The Team:  Áine Kirwan (9th), Ciara O; Keeffe, Gowran (17th), Ellen Ryan (18th), Orla O’ Keeffe (59th), Anna Cass (114th) and Edie Maher (139th)
